Platform & Service Hosting

✔ All packages are hosted at colocations, telco houses and partially at accredited cloud providers at different locations. ✔ The MEDIUM package and above have its own dedicated servers and hosting. ✔ SLA in regards to security and connectivity is based on standard international telco and colocation house rules.

Connectivity & Carrier Services

✔ STARTER and LITE packages have access to a lump sum pool of three backbone voice carriers. These carriers are all Tier1 high level voice carriers with directs only. Conect.One is not offering any low price voice connection services. Codex used are GSM / 729 / 711 a- and u- law. ✔ The MEDIUM package has an individual pool of currently up to 36 backbone voice carriers that can be assigned on request. ✔ With PRIME and FULL Business we offer upgrade options that give you the freedom to add any voice carrier requested.

Operational Software & Apps

✔ All packages have their low level Debian Linux standard operational system as a basis. Proxmox enables the virtualization of all VMs and controls the HA clustering of the blades. All VMx have their own Debian Linux operational system to enable website hosting, the TOS, soft switch and sip server. ✔ The mobile applications are natively written for Android and iOS accordingly. ✔ Soft switch enables cross coding of GSM / 729 / 711 a- and u- law. ✔ The MEDIUM package and above have its own dedicated setup. The reference to C1 can be removed. ✔ With STARTER and above you automatically pariticipate in updates that keep your product up to date. ✔ With LITE and above you can use our API libraries to plug in an existing setup or add services.

COS (Communication Operation System)

Rate Plans & Prices

✔ Basically you can earn from selling minutes, SMS and DID numbers. Download the Conect.One calculator for your margins and sales prices. ✔ You set the rates and create your margins for making or saving money. ✔ Additional income streams can be ordered, like shop, ads, sub-distribution, subscription & setup fees, etc. ✔ The current rate plan can be requested. An exemplary rate plan can be downloaded. ✔ Plugin setups usually have additional costs for API adjustments and additional integration procedures.

Third Party Services

✔ All packages use telco approved supplier for SMS MT/MO, DID/DDI services. ✔ While the STARTER & LITE package offers integration of your Paypal merchant account the MEDIUM package and above give you more payment options.

SLA (Service Levels)

✔ Hardware and Telco House SLA is offered at 99.9%, Voice carrier SLA at 98% and third party services at SLA 97% availability. ✔ Package orientated support by email, chat and voice call. ✔ Bug fixing and software upgrades on a fortnight basis.

CRM Modules (Customer Relations)

✔ Automated OEM billing. ✔ Automated hello-lifetime-lost communications. ✔ Automated verification processes. ✔ First-level support packages on request. ✔ Options: Direct individual and mass communications from the COS: chat, email, broadcast, SMS, app alerts, system calls.

4th Month+

Starting with the 4th month a platform fee applies. ✔ 3.-6. month: € 250.00 / month. ✔ 7.-9. month: € 450.00 / month. ✔ 10.-12. month: 650.00 / month. ✔ Your deposits towards airtime will have a 30% service fee deducted. ✔ A one time fee of € 0.50 per new user will be charged.

The platform fee of € 2,000.00 per month reduces the app fee to just € 0.25 per new user. Your deposits towards airtime will have a 15% service fee.
